1st Hartlepool celebrated its 100-year anniversary on Sunday 3rd April with a service and get-together in church. Lots of former members attended sharing photos and memories. The girls produced a timeline of the company and a film show of photographs and everyone said it was a wonderful day. 

For the first time in two years, groups have finally been able to get together to celebrate Easter! Lots of groups have been hunting for eggs and enjoyed tucking into Easter-themed treats together.

One n:vestigate member from 1st Oswaldtwistle got a lovely surprise when a very special envelope dropped through her letterbox last week!

2nd Polesworth have been very busy recently with two visitors to their group who have helped them to learn some great life lessons and skills for the future.

Girls and Leaders from 1st Emsworth took part in Portsmouth's first ever Glow Walk in aid of Alzheimer’s Society recently. The group even got their picture in the local paper!

It’s with great sadness that Girls’ Brigade England & Wales has learnt of the death of Mollie Gay – known as Miss Gay - former Girls’ Life Brigade, and later Girls’ Brigade, Captain at 2nd Pinchbeck, based at Pinchbeck Baptist Church, aged 94.

Girls and young women across England and Wales have being equipped as young leaders as n:fluence 14-18 training took place in a number of districts and regions recently.

A new Network Chair was elected at our spring conference, held in Bedford on 5 March.

GB has been donated 1,000 copies of a mother-daughter journal designed to build better relationships between teenage girls and their mums.
