Ella Thurgood, a member of n:spire researched and wrote an article about the history of 1st Amesbury Girls’ Brigade as part of the groups’ birthday celebrations and shared it with the girls. Local newspaper New Valley news heard about Ella’s article and asked if they could publish it in their February edition.
