The name Olá Samba says it all; say ‘hello’ to Samba! Olá Samba aims to open up the exciting world of samba drumming to as many people as possible and teaches authentic carnival samba alongside tastes of other Brazilian music.
The girls at 1st Charlton Kings learnt various rhythms on the different sizes of drums and at the end performed to the parents.
Team Leader Barbara says ‘Each girl had the opportunity to play rhythms on all the drums and David from Olá Samba was excellent. It was a wonderful evening, and a brilliant experience for the girls.’
